Use the button below to view the current version of the client. Using the button has the benefit that the client will appear in its own window adjusted to its prefered operating size. You will need to have both Java and Javascript enabled, in addition to having a VRML client available. The author of this page and parts of the applet would like to apologize for the use of Javascript and for the fact that the default layout of the client was designed for an 800 by 600 screen.

Notes on how to use the client, answers to some questions, etc., are located at http://caithness.cs.ndsu.nodak.edu/~vender/Documentation/. If that doesn't answer your question, contact vender@plains.nodak.edu or mooadmin@caithness.cs.ndsu.nodak.edu or slator@badlands.nodak.edu.

Some interesting things to note:
  • I am currently having difficulties with Netscape/Blaxxun Contact crashing.
  • WorldView does not seem to like the viewpoint scripts.
  • IE/CosmoPlayer has problems with the LabScene.
  • VRML Style local coordinate systems (nested transforms)
  • Dynamic scripting
  • Forced control of the viewpoints finally works (setting user orientation)
  • The tool lists are now dynamically changable.
  • Screen shots (old)
